Healing the body healing is only part of the bigger picture.

I spent the last 12 years of my life as a professional athlete competing at the highest levels of my sport and no matter what I did, I could never out train or override the impact of deeply held beliefs and a nervous system stuck in survival. For 1 0 years, I searched for answers through cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindset and motivational and neuro-coaching. I read hundreds of books to “fix” my mindset, my confidence, and my sense of worth.

At times, I could lock in and perform at a high level. Other times, I felt completely disconnected from that version of myself. The inconsistency was exhausting success followed by collapse, clarity followed by self-doubt. Despite all my efforts, I felt trapped in a frustrating and negative cycle of self-condemnation that I couldn’t seem to break.

It was never a lack of discipline or desire.
It was something deeper asking to be addressed.

Once I began healing my body, the physical burden of toxic overload lifted and clarity followed. And the emotional work that once felt elusive finally had space to integrate and transformational life changing healing began.
